Infuriating

Windows Media Player

- DRM
- The fact that it exists.
- Slow startup.
- Poorly designed interface and usability.
- Inabliity to modify codec properties and settings.
- Inability to fast forward and rewind on some movies.
- Inability to save content that has been downloaded.
- Useless visualisations which can't be disabled.
- No automatic support for not microsoft codecs.
- Poor integration with explorer and bad support for damaged files which often results in 100% cpu use and random crashing. This is especially annoying when explorer is involved as just having a movie in a folder and browsing to that folder will cause trouble.
